My mom an I were watching V for Vendetta when she told me that the chancellor (John Hurt) was the voice of Hazel. I didn't believe her until now. Lol.
I believe kids should be introduced to this kind of stuff young instead of Dora barney or Thomas the train I was introduced to this movie when I was five and all I had was a few chills at gorey scenes give your child a taste of real life reality
@Talenthewolf12 Loved this movie for years. It was my favorite of a vast selection of movies in my grandfather's library since I was about three. I understand it more now, and love it just as much. The book definitely boosted my love for the movie. Do I seem stalkery? Then again, my friends stalk me on youtube as well.
you complain about cartoons that deal with death and violence not being for children. Than when they begin to grow up you complain about them being ignorant and stupid to the world around them. Pick a fucking side.
@GorgeGirl03 I love how in this Film they manage to capture all the sounds of Nature in the background. If your listerning to this on Headphones, if you turn the volume up a bit at 04:00 when Hazel wakes up, just the sounds of the Birds twittering and the Rooster Crowing in the background makes you kinda feel if your on a Farm in the Morning.
Out of the whole movie, I think the part that terrified me the most was when Captain Holly started calling them then came out of the bushes. I don't know why, it just scared me to death.
@HeritageWolf Wow you are so lucky ^^* My grandad made the Storm Trooper and Darth vaders outfits for Starwars. V-V It is really too bad I hate stuff like Starwars.
Wow. So kids younger then me could take this back then...we really need to strengthen our selves up here, I feel like I'm weak. I mean, I barely remember this from when I was little...
@2002tiif i was more thinking of the dying rabbits... i think it may have been this and stories like it that long ago made me distrustful of bureaucracy, authority and, housing developments
@Foxziewolf This cartoon is ment for kids aswell and unless a kid isnt afraid of evrything he/she see then its just fine for them to watch it my cousins that are 4 and 6 have no problem at all watching it and have seen it several times without problem so its just foie for kids and im 19 and enjoy it aswell so i say it work well to watch no matter what age you are witch most of the cartoons do aswell
"oh god this will be lame" then after they see the blood, they will be like " HOLY HELL" Because the girls are raised of Disney (Hannah montanna, good luck Charlie....all that junk) and all the guys like chowder and flapjack.... And that, ladies and gentlemen, is why self-locking snares are illegal. It's a shame they don't specify, because you could leave with the image that snares are cruel.
In fact, if you ever hear of research done on rabbits or foxes or similar animals, where they put transmitters on them or weigh and tag them, they will be caught with snares and released unharmed.
The joy of writing a 5000 word essay on the pros and cons of snaring techniques... *sigh*
I see a couple negative comments on the animation of certain of the animals. Fair points, though I think most of the characters, major and minor, are pretty well drawn. @Egryn How do you know kids today don't? And by "kids" you probably mean teenagers - not surprising considering how patronizing the older generation are.
@FrazzleAndTheWolf@FrazzleAndTheWolf I have noticed that we are a much softer people now a days. We are teaching our children that and it is sad. Did you know the military has stress cards? Yes stress cards if someone gets too stressed in Basic training they can pull out a card and the Drill Instructor needs to leave them alone. Yup becasue if they are ever caught by the enemy and interrogated the POW can pull out the card and the enemy will stop for a half our.
@Egryn But I'm not talking about the military. That's a stupid example for the point I'm trying to make. Our first world countries may be a lot better off nowadays, but that in no way means that young people do not experience suffering and pain. They know a hell of a lot more than you think they do, too.
"Back in the day" is incredibly patronizing beyond belief. You simply cannot profess to know the lives and minds of millions of young people.
