Really, its a piece of cake, just like any other kyriaki operation, it only takes a litle more time, this one was supposed to be extreme level, but God knows why this person can heal over 15 point with a single syringe.

In the beginning, suture the normal lacerations first. They do more damage then the gaping ones.

This is so much easier than DS's X1... Even Adam looks worse. I got a S-rank on everything on the DS and still can't beat the X1 there... This one in wii... looks like a joke!

The X1 Kyriaki thing on the DS version pissed me off so much. They slashed the lung up like hell. My hand started to hurt so much... but, I was still able to get an "S" ranking... O_O Nevermind that. Great job on this one. :)

the farthest i get is finishing the suturing, but then i cant get the vitals higher then 30, so when they go slashity-slash i kill the dude and Adam goes all freaky on me.

Hmm. Pretty good work there. It's a difficult operation, and you handled it pretty well. The only reason you got an A was because of the interruption of your chain of 42 at around 2:30. You need a max chain of 60 in order to XS it. But, all that aside, very well done!
