hes tough, hard to bring down and hes got some nice cut backs but hes not earth shattering or anything. he runs really high for a short guy and runs weird, hes going to get caught in the open field at the next level. I would compare him to Shawne Greene for Iowa.

Trent is a great running back and when he gets to Alabama he will truly be able to shine. At his highschool in florida he had a terrible offensive line blocking for him and he still kicked ass. What do you think will happen when he gets a college line blocking for him?? Ill tell you what will happen those "Head Hunters" will rarely get a good hit on him. ROLL TIDE ROLL!!!!

He goes down toooo easy.. I am sure he is a great back, but he is no Bryce Brown. He might be a better NFL back then brown because he is so strong between the tackles. Rivals said that Brown is the best homerun threat and the second best power runner. The heighlights show just that, but Richards does look be be an ALL SEC back.

The good news is that they both are going to be in the SE freakin C, and thats braggin rights for all of us.

Not too sure what video you're watching, but he appears to be quite a load to bring down. He doesn't lose speed when he cuts, which is only possible with exceptional balance. Looks like a young Steven Jackson to me.

If you read what I wrote I said that he could run between the tackles. Trent will be a good player, but he does not have the homerun threat tools that Bryce has. I could be wrong, but from watching his vids he puts his head down and tries to run everyone over instead of going around people. Thats what i meant when I said he hits the ground too much.

And last he does lose speed when he cuts. I think he looks like a smaller version of Ron Dayne.

Youre wrong. Trent has both tremendous power and speed. He was 2nd in Florida's weightlifting championships. And he ran in the 10.5-10.7 100 meter dash. He has PLENTY of speed.

As for Trent Richardson being some kind of speed guy you are mistaken. This guy will never put up Reggie Bush type numbers where he takes it to the house ever 15 carries from 40 out. He might punch in a few from the goal line, but that would make him a power back instead of a guy who can turn on the jets at any time.

WRONG WRONG...Trent has run a person best of 10.5 in the 100. Do you know how good this is for high school? In 2009, the best Florida high school trackster ran a 10.53.

Again, Trent has TREMENDOUS speed. Anyone that can ran a 10.5 is FAST. As for reggie bush, his personal high school best at the 100 was a 10.43.

That's because It's way harder to play offense in the SEC because everybodys defenses are great. You put reggie bush in the SEC he would have good numbers but not as great as they were at USC

the reason reggie bush had big numbers is because he ran against sorry rushing defenses. the SEC running backs get good numbers week in and week out against the best defenses in the nation. I'd take a SEC running back before Reggie Bush anyday. I wouldn't have to pay a cent either.
