sorry forgot to add! The way to get up here is that you have to go down to the second level. (where you use the first elevator thats kinda small) and once you get there. you have to open one of the barriers that cost's i think 1,000? but once you open that, you have to find a guard rail thats straight to your left. (when you take the left side of the stairs case). But once you spot that guard rail you have to hit the guard rail at an angle. Stand on the 3rd step. And run straight across.......
but you have to run and hold (B) for xbox or (O) ps3. And that would cause you to dive (dolphin dive) idk what people call it. ANYWAYS!! hahaha XD so as your running and pushing the (B), or (O) button you should be on top of the railing. Once you are up there, you need to stand up, and walking forward carefully! You are on top of a barrier! All you have to do is walk straight and walk towards the top of the teleporter. (the giant cubed shaped thing) There You Have It!! The True Way To Get Up! :)
