Darn you and your C5. XD Female dramatic tenor, full range C3-F6, but once I hit middle C, I'm forced into falsetto, and at C5, into whistle. XP I lack head voice, is my problem.
Given the title "C2 to C4 (US C3 to C5)", I suddenly understand the confusion between C2 and C3. Some are using a different scale than others, so now I know that where I'm from, I'm C3-F6 (and by the other scale, C2-F5).
Any tips on head voice, or is it just one of those things you have to figure out yourself?
@Sunajeshsja : in my case, the "head voice" happens naturally, I don't notice the "switch" much. I'm not sure of how it works for women, as I've been told it's quite different.
that's what i call a lyric tenor! congrats bro, hope i'll do as good as you do someday (i'm 20 and nearly started to study singing and classical singing), since it turned out i'm a tenor too.
Turns out I started singing (at all) at about age 21 -- classical training started only at age 24 -- and studied as a baritone for a couple of months until my real range came out. Back then, I would be able to sing comfortably only up to G3 (US G4), but my timbre was not baritonal at all. In a few months, it stretched up to C4 (US C5) and now I work up to Eb4 or E4 (top note ever: F4), in order to get a solid high C!

I'm working really hard on timbral issues and phrasing to make my singing "single-registered", as to say, with appoggio technique. I'm looking forward to specialyzing

@Sunajeshsja : Whoa, female dramatic tenor? That's unusual, as not to say rare!
About the C4/C5 confusion, for some reason, US notation is set an octave higher (C3 is middle C, universally).
