You should rediscover your love of Harry Potter, Amerah. It's amazing. And I think you'll probably like the last 3 books better than the first few; they get a lot more deep and complicated later. I think the 7th one in particular really lets you soak in J.K.'s awesomeness. :)
And don't worry that you haven't read the books--I'm just proud of you that you are going to read them! Enjoy! You should keep me posted on where you are in them and what you think. :) They are SO good. You'll probably regret not reading them sooner.

I absolutely loved the song. It's catchy, hilarious, and absolutely true! And ditzy Kiera was fun. :) I have a friend who doesn't read the books and just watches the movies, and I've suggested to them to read the books but they just have no interest in doing that. I mean, how much quicker would it be to just read the books instead of waiting once a year for the movie to come out? Oh well. :P
My dad actually does that, too. It's so silly. I made him read the first two when those two movies came out, but he never read past there. Alas. He watched this video and laughed a lot. And the books are very easy to read, not because they are written at a low reading level, but because they pull you in so you can't stop reading them! :)
I love Neville, too. They had these shirts at Hot Topic when the 5th movie came out that had a picture of Neville and they said, "Neville is my hero!" It's one of my greatest regrets in life that I did not purchase one while I had the chance.

I absolutely loved the song. It's catchy, hilarious, and absolutely true! And ditzy Kiera was fun. :) I have a friend who doesn't read the books and just watches the movies, and I've suggested to them to read the books but they just have no interest in doing that. I mean, how much quicker would it be to just read the books instead of waiting once a year for the movie to come out? Oh well. :P

My dad actually does that, too. It's so silly. I made him read the first two when those two movies came out, but he never read past there. Alas. He watched this video and laughed a lot. I'm kind of tempted to have him do a parody with me that's called "I Should Have Read the Book" or "I Didn't Read the Book". Haha. :)

Great job. I would hurt anyone who makes fun of the amazingness that is Neville Longbottom. I don't understand why people don't read the books. They are a very easy read. :)

Yeah--Neville is pretty much the epitome of awesome. He would SO be a Nerdfighter if he knew about John and Hank...and...um....if he was a real person that would probably help, too.
And the books are very easy to read, not because they are written at a low reading level, but because they pull you in so you can't stop reading them! :)

I love Neville, too. They had these shirts at Hot Topic when the 5th movie came out that had a picture of Neville and they said, "Neville is my hero!" It's one of my greatest regrets in life that I did not purchase one while I had the chance.
