Well, Im glad u asked. I would label Bush as a two-term President of the United States of America. Nobody can take that away from him.

Well, I was actually leaning towards Mccain, until I witnessed blatant racism at a Palin Mccain rally. I was really turned off by the obvious racial overtones amongst other Palin Mccain supporters. As far as Bush goes; his first term was good. It went south in the 2nd term. It was so bad that Palin and Mccain made attempts to distance themselves from Bush. Anyway, I think Obama is the one for the job. I think people are so racist and don't want to give him a chance.

You raise a good point. But, with only two major parties, there are always going to be some undesirable attitudes on both sides. But, like the old saying goes...you shouldnt throw out the baby with the bathwater. Personally, I'm half black, so it isnt a race thing with me. I just dont think obama is, at all, qualified and even if he was, he is just too radical to be president, in my opinion. And I think that is the way most repubs feel. And I really believe Bush did what he felt had to be done.

Your comment makes a lot of sense. Obama does have a questionable past. I believe however, that if he displays any activity that would harm Americans, his staff, along with congress would step in.

Anyway, are you a John Taylor fan? I believe he is an excellent musician, regardless of his political opinion. I have been to 5 Duran2concerts, and they put on some great shows.

Thanks. For the most part I agree with your comments, as well. What really worries me, though, is the potential harm that obama could do with the dem. majority in congress. But, as with anything, time will tell.

But, yes, I am a huge fan of DD, PS and JT solo. I have seen them all in concert, at one time or another. I think Ive seen DD six times. of course, I am very disappointed in their political viewpoints. But, I still love most of their music.

Well, you might be right. Some might say that President Bush, and the Republican congress did so bad, that America wanted something different.

Me, myself, I am in the middle. I am willing to give Obama a chance just like we gave Bush 2 chances. I can't help but to notice how popular Obama really is. I only wish Duran2 could reclaim the popularity they once had.

I am also very much in the middle. I have to say that, based on what I have heard and read, I am afraid of what little track record that obama does have. I agree that he certainly is popular with those who like him, but I have seen the other side too. Most peeps are "love him or hate him" (with some exceptions, of course.) But, check out obamacrimes . com. its pretty interesting..and there are a couple others like it.

I also hope DD can make it all the way back. I really liked Astronout .
