thanks for the video :) I have really really thin hair ,and my latest trim turned out to be a mess.so I want my hair to grow fast .I heard that the natures bounty hair,nails & skin vitam. are really good for growing.last month I went to canada and I was looking for these vitamines. unfortunately I couldnt find those vitamine but instead I got the hair &nails vitamines from natures bounty,so is there a big difference ? also I'm taking a multivitamin that contains all the vitamines you listed :)

Thank you so much for the information. I brought some oil that I thought was good for my hair and it has mineral oil in it. I also brought some gel that I thought was good and it has Dimethiconol in it. I am going to throw this out tonight . Thank you so much.

it drives me crazy when a product claims to be for natural hair and uses words like organic, jojoba or shea and you look at the label and it has petroleum or mineral oil as a main ingredient. when i learned about real natural hair care i threw all those under my sink for my relaxed cousins and aunts to use.

@kingjehoshua that drives me nuts too. after doing research petrolatum mineral oil, and sulfates are harsh for ur hair. and i loked at alot of my "organic" products that have these ingreidents. i also have a jojoba haird food product that has all of these ingredients. i hate it lol
