@cafecaro keep up the good work. go to my new channel extremedefensivefitness
i like to think doing this over time will build up your jogging muscles. make u jog longer and of course your body will be better at sending oxegen while jogging. since your doing cardio, is this right.

J3-Fitness great workout just no as a pro boxer that was one of my best cardio exercises Donovan is right it is fun but not fun when you first start
