i started to gain wait, so what i did was change my soda to diet soda, and water. And i only eat low fat crap. that helped me lose weight and maintain a good weight. Those healthy choice TV dinners are not bad. If you plan, you can keep your calories under 1,000 a day. and then goto the gym and do the treadmill or olypitcal (sp) for 30 mins a day, in a year you'll be normal weight. I wouldn't waste $80 on jeans either, i get my jeans on sale at sears or walmart for $20/ea.

omg i totally agree i'm fat too, bigger then you, [not being mean you don't even look big!] and when i try to lose weight i do get depressed cause nothing ever happens -_-

i usually also get depressed because of jackasses making fun of me for being fat.
