i stutter! i get made fun of at school and teachers dont understand me when i talk. i havent made a video...yet. im scared to do anything about it because im afried it wont work! i get up set when i see a mean comment on a video of someone stuttering because i do it to. im not assamed of it. im just treid of being made fun of because of it!

Hey spazzyme, i stutter really badly but most people don't really notice unless i get stuck on a word or unless i get really nervous or excited which i get nervous quite a lot and it's cool to find some more people who stutter just like me :D I'm like the only one who stutters in my whole family and i feel wierd for stuttering in front of my family and friends and i hate making new friends cuz i don't like people judging me on my speech just cuz i have a stuttering problem.

a lot of people ussed to make fun of my studdering.. i spent years and lots of money on therapy that would make my studder go away for a couple years and it would always come back, so ive just learned to live with it.. im an aspiring singer and actress and my studder doesnt keep me in my way :) my gym teacheer once made fun of me, then refused to apologize for it.. i never went back to his class. some people aree just cruel.
i've been watching allot of video's on speech impediment as I have a very serious stutter. Yours is nothing compared to mine but mine is worse if I speak in public, I hate using the phones. I rather go in person to the place or email. I will be posting a video now that I know that people post stuff like this. I can't even say I love u to my parents over the phone, how sad is that :( I couldn't even say it to my former girlfriend. To all my fellow stutterers, I went to therapy for a long time, and the absolute best strategy I ever received was to stutter ON PURPOSE! It relieves the stress of trying not to stutter, and a lot of times help get past a block. It almost feels like you're "bouncing" off the words. A good way to practice is to call random businesses, ask a question, and stutter on purpose.

I'm having trouble finding people with the same stutter as me. I don't stutter when I talk in youtube videos. My stuttering is weird. It goes on and off. Sometimes I don't stutter at all, sometimes I do. My biggest problem is when people ask me my name, I can't say my name and sometimes I can.
I go through phases, I managed to graduate business college somehow...giving long presentations and such. I haven't gotten pretty good at hiding it but I can not read on command or give solo presentations, ordering food is a huge pain as well. I can keep conversation people without doing it, which is a plus I guess. I'm starting to develop some social anxiety as I enter more of an adult world. You are very cute :)

u can call me and we can practice with each other since we're both female and we pretty much have the same kind of stuttering because i went to speech therapy and it was pretty much phone conversations and learning to be aware of where the stutter originates.
i stutter as wlel im trying to fix my bite because i feel that affects the amt i stress i have when i open my mouth to speak. i prolongate and pause which is really annoying.

I feel your pain, I have a speech impediment as well. The other day I was getting a coffee and the lady at the counter asked how I would like it. The words "double-double" just didn't seem to want to come out of my mouth for some reason so instead I said " a single". Needless to say, it was to worst coffee that I had in my life.

I go through fases too. Some weeks are better than others. I'll probably make a video in the near future about stuttering and what my channel is about. I just recently discovered your channel, today actually. Great channel keep up the good work.

Hello :D i am so happy you did is, i did, I stuttered so much >.< you was so good, some parts went lil off but we all have our sounds we stutter on, P,L,V GRRR haha.
I have really good patch for like 5 mins, then it goes bad again haha :)

Hi,
I'm a stutterer as well, it's nice to see your videos on youtube.
It helps me remember i'm not the only one on the planet with this problem and there's no need to feel inferior. I also recently joined a federation for and by stutterers here in holland where people talk on a forum about experiences, therapy, how they react at situations and everything else around stuttering.

I stutter too, and it's gettin' worse, and worse. Mine is almost just like yours, except it drags on until i shut up or say the word :p Thanks for making these videos, it's nice to know someone else is having the same problems as me :) ily <3

i regularly stutter, but have never thought of making a video as i dont want a negative reaction .. i have always felt like i want to speak out and be independent in life .... but have never had the courage ... so this video has helped me to think about hat i should do to get help :)

@Spazzyme i stutter also it's not that bad but enough to be noticed...i hate words that start with w,d,and the number 3...its hard to get a decent job,find a g/f that accepts for it, but im a fighter i been through enough not to let this stop me.....i like this video much respect to you

I haven't ever made a video of my stuttering. I understand how hard it is at times. There could be a day where I'm nearly fluent and the next day I could block like crazy! I'm so glad there are those out there like you who aren't afraid to get out there and spread awareness. Sometimes stutters like us can feel alone at times but this definitely helps! :)

u can call me and we can practice with each other since we're both female and we pretty much have the same kind of stuttering because i went to speech therapy and it was pretty much phone conversations and learning to be aware of where the stutter originates.

I feel your pain, I have a speech impediment as well. The other day I was getting a coffee and the lady at the counter asked how I would like it. The words "double-double" just didn't seem to want to come out of my mouth for some reason so instead I said " a single". Needless to say, it was to worst coffee that I had in my life.

Well I dont stutter (so easy for me to say) but your stutter at least in this video is more like 'sweet'. Not meaning that in a disrespectful way or saying you exaggerate but just to tell you how it sounds and looks to me, a bystander.
