I figured it out, after i left this comment, someone said it depends on what artifact you choose in the begining, so i had to do green. instead of using blue, like you did. Thanks for the walk-throughs, i recently started playing this game again cause my wife likes it. and i didn't remember what to do, and i never did get to the end of the game. lets hope i could follow you all the way, thanks again
Oh sorry, forgot one more thing. There is an easier way to defeat the guardians. While getting close to the front of them is not a good idea, running in front, then quickly round to the back allows you to distract them then hit their spine. It's the safest place to hit them. You can just run round them without getting close in order to hit them, it just takes longer.
This is very detailed and includes a few sanity effects I hadn't seen before. For instance, that low laugh heard just before Max's chapter...that was new and just as scary. There really is quite a lot to like about this game. Definitely going to get it out again and start playing it soon.
Lindsey was my favorite character. Out of all of them he seemed to come off better then all the others (at least he's not shown to have died or been near death or gone nuts). It might have something to do with him basically being an expy of Indiana Jones, who always wins no matter what.

There are no difficulty settings, but depending on which artifact you choose at the beginning, there will be some slight changes.
And when I talk about a Chatturgha game, I refer to the artifact (The great ancient)

Maybe you´re using the wrong rune, take a close look at the symbol.
It always depends on which alignment you´re playing with.
In this case I used the Ulyaoth rune for the reveal spell, because I played the Chattur´gha game
