if this is serious and there are houses that can rent after i have a group of investors from canada who want to buy many of them. please write back to me
It is a nice neighborhood, it's on the northwest side of detroit, and detroit as well as other cities are having a rough time right now. and as far as making money for the buyer, it depends on what that person is willing to spend, I bought a house for $4,900 and the only thing i did to it was paint and carpet. I'm now renting it for $700 a month, but I offer it to the renter for $40,000, this property will appraise for $90,000 so there's still money for the buyer to pull out if he or she wants
this looks like a nice neighborhood. where is it in detroit. also, if detroit is not a sellers market right now, how do you make the properties to make money for the buyer?

Hey there Shae, if you bought the house for 12,000 and its appraising for 109,000, I'd hire another appraiser, lol.

You are a very smart man my brother. Detroit will not always be in the slump it's in at the moment.
I predict in 10 years you will be a VERY wealthy man!
God Bless you!

What an ugly neighborhood, but I guess for Detroit it's okay. The street is full of potholes.
