  • Hi Greg,

Is it possible to fit a Bigsby (B6) to a non Bigsby Gretsch Anniversary, is the body strong enough?

    Cheers,

    Ian

  • A GRETSCH WITH A DECENT UPPER FRET ACCESS? WE'RE IN HEAVEN :D!

  • great player!

  • yhea tidy... very tidy....

  • great tones

  • Well done!

  • I love it! it's just so sick! DDR Green ....awesome!! nice 1 dude.

  • you are a great player

  • Would it be good if I bought a Gretsch Duo Jet and put a couple of TV Jones pickups on it? How would it sound?

  • @toshineon Why would you want to do that? What sound are you looking for? Who's used that setup that you've heard before? You don't mention your playing style, influences, etc.

A concise answer would be impossible.

  • Well, I sort of like the style of early The Beatles, so I'd like something like that.

  • @toshineon Then you certainly don't need TVJ for that. Find a 6128TDS or 6128T57, and you'll be set. Those have specifically Dearmond Dynasonic pickups in them and are single coils, not humbuckers, like these.

    Completely different look & sound.

  • Thanks for the help! I'll deffinately look into it.

  • What is the string gauge in this?

  • all yours needs is a bigsby bridge

  • Even before you see his face you know who's playin' it.

  • Hi Greg, do you think I'd be able to get a satisfying blues tone if I buy a good Fender amp?

  • Hi - wow great guitar well play -greetings from germany - winni

  • Very cool! Nice riffin'! I have an old original greenie...bought it used in the early seventies.. love to use it for slide... I can dig what you're doing!

  • hi.. very good playing ;-) .. i have a question.. is that a fender bassman amp ?

  • Thanks, It's a Vibrolux Reverb

  • bj........

  • Hi ...Great playing... I too have an 'annie', though nothing 1964 about it, what are the two pedals you use? I can't make out the names...LOL.

  • Hi LOL ..., it is a Boss RC-2 Looper and a Okko Diablo Overdrive pedal

  • Damn!! Like your style!

  • so beautiful, so greath sound! AWSOME!

  • yeah great!!
