@JoeSoap68 This kinda shit happens all the time in the US. The pigs routinely arrest, charge, beat, torture, and murder people without evidence. Happens every day. No one cares, it's usually black people that get shafted the most. Look up what the pigs did at the "Danziger Bridge" in New Orleans. Randomly murder people and I don't think any of them were even charged with murder.
@clintonearlwalker I cannot stand anyone that takes a life regardless of color or race.It bothers me to NO end to HEAR its mostley BLACK PPL.Its ALL races that get TREATED disrespectfully, its just usually when its a person of a different race that race records it and then it gets posted for the world to see.Im a white female that has witnessed ALL races getting treated WRONGFULLY.My brother being ONE.Look at OJ,he commited the murders, but LOOK how that went.So it has nothing to do with RACE.
@CANDYLAND0422 You are not going to tell me that. I did 3 years in prison myself, 1 year in supermax housed on death row for about 6 months. 90% of the inmates were black in every prison I was in, and I was in at least 6. @CinnamonGirl2010 its cause the dumb fucking family of the cop who got killed was so worked up and said o my god oh my god we want him dead we dont care kill him now now ! there dumb fucks because killing just any1 doesnt do shit they should have tooken 1 step back and said ok lets make sure we have the right guy there family and the people in charge should die
@Samimiamiv1 You're right. It's awful. I was so sad and disgusted when I heard about this. I didn't have the words. I just cried. It makes me so angry.
@CinnamonGirl2010 make me cry every time i see troy's face. an honest, innocent man put to death. at least give him life with possible parole. American law is full of uncivilized barbaric people in suits.
I thought America was a strong country, "guess not". Our pledge of allegiance is a lie the saying of "and justice for all" is a lie Troy Davis didn't get justice, he got the death penalty for being innocent!
@Herculieas you know you should watch a really moving documentary called "14 days in may" just like troy davis in georgia in missisipi in may 20 1987 an innocent black man edward earl johnson was executed in the gas chambers he was also supposedly to have killed a police officer
it was really moving and sad and this documentary follows his last moments
@monalisasarin ,,after 17 years of appeals?most of the witnesses were black...the majority of jurors were...black...supeme court judges -two black...no racisim that i can see ..
this happened to troy and tht bitch casey anthony live to kill another baby, only in white america i hate this democracy so called lol cant wait to the powder keg bust
America made huge mistake by executing Troy Davis, No evidence, DNA or whatsoever. You see America don't give a fuck about human rights! they just kill you! It is sickening! This is a typical courtcase with lack of evidence and still execute someone. I bet if it was O.J. Simpson we was a free man! It is all about the money.
Hearsay Hearsay Hearsay. Why did multiple courts - including the supreme court - reject appeals for a new trial after hearing his lawyers present their case and reviewing the evidence? Before you conclude they did so because they are ignorant and just don't know as much as you, stop and think. After multiple hours of testimony - and that's an understatement - they knew more about this case than the crowds of know-nothings who haven't actually spent 5 minutes researching it.
@sadlerfamily5 So am I right in assuming you think people convicted of murder should be put to death quicker? In the last 35 years 130 people who were wrongfully convicted of murder and put on death row in the USA have been exonerated, and between all of them they averaged 9.5 years of incarceration. That's 130 innocent people you would have sent to their deaths just to save a buck. There are far bigger reasons why the USA is in debt than keeping people in jail.
@sadlerfamily5 a very small reason, a huge reason is that america has started wars that havent been nesscessary. if you support socialist policies instead of hidding behind the guise of capitalism then i think your country would have a better chance of surviving financially. just look at the communist countries, they seem to be doing pretty well. its a shame that american politics has hit european countries so hard
This piece of garbage was well executed.... But would be better, would be if they executed all of the criminal immigrant beaners that cross the fence illegally!
17 years in Death Row...wasn't it enough? Those are no Canadian jails. And what about the "Board of Parole" which almost never grant a decision for the inmate. This avenue is useless, as also is turning to the Governor for an unreachable clemency decision. 17 years before getting your sentence is a long, long and very long way
I am against the death penalty in all but a few circumstances. There really are some tortured souls on this earth that keeping them alive constitutes cruel punishment. As for Troy Davis, 1, the crime he was convicted of did not constitute a punishment of death and 2, there were so many inconsistencies, gray areas and uncertainty that there is just no way he should of been executed. The powers that allowed his killing, committed several crimes all more evil than the crime he was executed over.
Why on EARTH are you soooooo happy with a death-sentence??? Do you get your loved ones back. I don`t get it guys, I can and do understand your grief, but is the death of the ""murderer" gonna solve anything, does it make you feel better? You cheer over his death, how does THAT make it ANY different than the murder of your loved one. And how many ended up dying innocent!!!!! I think it is murder!!! Where does this ever end? And why does the state have the right to kill some-one??? Insanity!!
i swear on evrything....the govt dont care abt us...u see wut they did to this man?? many people said they were paid or threatened into saying he did it nd they still killed em!! whrn r ppl gona wake up and realize that ths govt duznt care abt what we say!!! they still gone do whatever they want....fuckiin ppll....
@0:33 did he have to state that he killed a "white" police officer. If Troy Davis allegedly killed an african american police officer, this interview wouldve never stated "black" police officer. They wouldve simply said police officer, no color intended. If Troy Davis was a white man killing a police officer, then too they wouldve also given the lone title of "police officer, again no color intended. This just so you how racist and corrupt people still truly are, still in 2011 .. RIP TROY DAVIS.
no DNA no murder weapon, no physical evidence & 7 out of 9 witnesses have recanted there testimony citing police coercion , this is NOT enough to put someone to Death! if your country must execute its criminals please make sure its 100% cut and dry they are guilty, Beyond a reasonable doubt ...
@ted850760 Could be? after all if they went back to court & recanted they could be charged (i think?>) with Purgary, as it would mean they lied the first time when they supported the prosecution , but the penalty for purgery is way more acceptable than possibly executing an innocent man. & with extenuating circumstances etc etc they may not even be charged at all, but to say nothing & let a man die would be for me anyway a much bigger burden to live with than being accused of purgery,
@paulspydar they had 20 years of appeals...i think justice was done because he had every oppertunity the legal system affords someone who has been found guilty by 12 jury members..you think he's innocent because his defence team spun the liberal press on a slow day....i hope he found god
@ted850760 Hopefully one day people like you will find God! Death penalty - how primitive - old testament! Of cause, the US a civilized coutry? Think not...
@BarbaraManor Germany.. a civilized country..didn't your forefathers gas millions...american justice-murder someone and face a possible death sentence after due process...german justice- murder millions of innocent people cause you hate them......nice horse babs
@ted850760 what a ridiculous argument, it is about as relevant as me saying to you " The U.S.A a civilized country..didn't your forefathers murder millions of Native Americans & enslave a whole population" "U.S justice- murder millions of innocent people cause you want their land & resources.....nice 2 vids & 1 sub teddy"
@ted850760 Also I believe that to testify to anything you must first get to court, So with the man executed or the states refusal to retry etc then the "recanting in court" is mute, thanks for your comment, have a nice weekend. :-)
@ted850760 No a re-trial or new trial is nothing like an appeal s "hearing" those hearings are predetermined & just going through the motions for appearances & curry favour with current or incumbent politicians Why are you so ready to believe those who would be "inconvenienced" & that is putting it extremely mildly,by any admittance of judicial error especially in a Death Penalty case? Dont you think every single thing no matter what should be exhaustively looked into before an inmate is killed?
cont..also in the long run admitting to errors no matter how uncomfortable they may be at the time not only could save a life but would be a victory for the Judicial system, as it would prove the nay sayers wrong & prove the system does work & is fair..If those who are in control had 100% faith in the system it would be 100% transparent & not so concerned with circumventing the procedures like waiting until judges are on Hiatus to file motions to push an execution forward.why the rush?
@paulspydar He was found guilty by 12 members of a jury....the fact is he was guilty and paid the penalty for murder...the liberal news media and left wing morons like to stir up shit without merit ..i will sleep well tonight knowing justice was served in this case..again 20 years of exhaustively looking in to it...maybe you watch to many 'lawyer ' programs on tv...sometimes the convicted is actually guilty
@ted850760 I will continue to ignore your increasingly smarmy & sarcastic tone to try & get through to you with the obvious, yes a jury of 12 did convict BUT on the evidence that was shown "then",the very same evidence that is now in question & retracted by the same 7 people that provided it, there is also other evidence since then.& speaking of evidence there was no DNA evidence ,no physical evidence of any type & no murder weapon , "20 years of exhaustively looking in to it" really? by whom?
excessively or unctuously flattering, ingratiating, servile, etc.: the emcee with the smarmy welcome.
Origin:
1905–10; smarm, variant of dial. smalm to smear, make slick
Related forms
smarm·i·ly, adverb There you go a free lesson in English, Yes its a real word, when you learn how to use a dictionary or thesaurus you can find out for yourself .
@so ..despite your attempt to portray yourself as well educated..you used the word incorrectly.....that aside you beleive he's innocent-I trust that justice was done and feel the court system gave this man a fair trial neither of us will change our position..at least we were civil,,,at least considering the way others have debated.....bottom line..the majority of people in the US want the death penalty..i happen to be one of those people
@ted850760 Actually that was the first definition I found online just to show you its a real word as you were not aware it was one,DUH! as for using it incorrectly? well no I did not as it is also a colloquialism & was used in that context & sound educated? well that's a subjective view you have formed, & holds no water as you can not even spell "believe" the only argument you seem to always fall back on is silly ego point scoring, you sir are a retard & very boring. stop now.
@ted850760 there goes your ego again.its not all about you ya`know? if you had bothered your tiny mind with reading the whole back n forth of the comments,my "quotes" .& the context you wouldn't have just made another silly comment, look this video is not about spelling grammar, phonetics, colloquialisms or area specific word context usage,it IS about state justified killing & the proper functioning of the legal system, Unless you have something useful to say about that? then goodbye you`re a fool
@paulspydar Perhaps you can go back to my original question to you..find the answer..why would these witnesses not take the stand..you seem to base your opinion that this murderer was innocent based on the claim of the defence team in the news media...evidence they were unwilling to present to a judge...I mean hell dude ..whats the world coming to when the NAACP and the ACLU can get a convicted murderer off
@ted850760 DUH! again) the fact that you were not in no way flattering or ingratiating to me is exactly why your advice & the tone you give it allows for the proper use of the term SMARMY ... phew you really are a tard ...How about actually explaining how I used it incorrectly if it really bothers you so much Rain man.
@ted850760 why not explain to me where & how? I used the word incorrectly? I have just rechecked "in case" you were right? ( you are NOT) & my use of the word Smarmy was as follows..(ME)"I will continue to ignore your increasingly smarmy & sarcastic tone" Smarmy as in ..."unctuously flattering, ingratiating" when in fact the suggestion for me to "watch less Lawyer TV" as helpful ..When he was in fact being "Smarmy" as the suggestion was meant as an insult & not helpful advice.. Get it now? ,
NOBODY KNOWS THE TRUTH. Do you believe Casey Anthony was innocent? FUCK NO. But it doesnt matter. Their fate goes into a corrupted judges who go by corrupted laws in a corrupted system. FUCK JUDGES,FUCK THE BAD COPS, FUCK LAWYERS
Perhaps KARMA will avenge Troy Davis, as it did me. Two pigs (Liczbisnski and Simpson) on the scene of my most recent false arrest and robbery by police died in separate incidents within two blocks therefrom, whilst other pigs were injured in nearby traffic accidents. Also, twelve pigs from their building have since been arrested, including their district commander, Inspector Daniel Castro. Further, the lying pig trash could not corrupt judge, who believed me over all of them and acquitted me.
just read the Wiki article on this. at NO time during this entire affair, did the "Davis People" ever present actual evidence of another killer. none whatsoever.
@geegeetwo1 Exactly. He had an hearing that no one has been given in over 50 years and he was still guilty. Troy had 20 years to clear his name. The guy had an appeal in front of the Supreme Court and he didn't even take the stand! Nor did his defense called any of those supposed recanted by meaningless witnesses. Sounds like to me he was guilty and they didn't want to self incriminate or make their case worse with Troy and those others on the stand.
@TheMarmboy I'm saying that Troy had more than enough chances to clear his name. He was given a special trail and he didn't even testify! The supposed recants never made it to court and the one woman who did come wasn't called by his Defense? Why would they do that if they wanted to clear his name? He had more than enough time , appeals and hearing to clear his name. Troy was convicted in 1989. That is 22 years ago. Most who believe his case just heard about this in 2011.
@TheMarmboy . It was fishy that the defense didn't call him to testify. Why not get on the stand and declare your innocence they way you did off? Because you cannot lie under oath and he knew he couldn't state that without lying. Another reason why he wanted a lie detector to delay time but never asked for one before to prove his innocence. There were many ways to clear his innocence but you cannot clear someone who was guilty.
he's served 17 years in prison and then to be executed, Wow that just blows my mind, That in it's self has repaid a debt, Dont get me wrong murder is murder and deserves a servere punishment, Iv'e seen other murder convictions serve 20 years then to be released from prison it really does not make any sense what so ever..
I'm not saying Casey Anthony is guilty but I do know a lot of facts that increase the probability of her committing the crime. She went out drinking for weeks while her daughter was missing, she never talked of her daughter during her trial, she smiled after she was pronounced innocent, and she was a very good liar.
Sigh, nobody knows how the current judicial system works. There is DNA evidence, physical evidence, and evidence from what the witnesses say. The only evidence they had from him were evidence from witnesses and most of them had recanted what they said. If you have been watching this case carefully on the media, you should know that many of the witnesses said they were pressured to say he commited the crime.
How did Casey Anthony get away?
She had no physical, DNA, or evidence from witnesses.
no DNA, no finger print evidence.. .... SO why KILL an innocent man.? fucking corruption, behind the law, there is racist white people.. that infect other white people to HATE.. black people.. asian people, brown, indain, every other kind of people.. FUCK that cop and his family.! good for the cop who died.
@Hoodtip101 It's not good that the cop died. Troy Davis is fried, good for him. The cop was going his job trying to help a homeless man getting beat but his life was taken from him with no chance at a second. He had a wife and two babies at home that grew up without him. Where is his justice? Troy daivs had 20 years to fight for his life. Mark didn't get another second at his. He is the real victim.
@LeytonLuva22 if the cop had a wife and babies at home and got killed and you want to know wheres the justice... why dont the crooked cops try to find the real bad guys who killed their fellow copper".. instead of blame a man for 20 years and then decide they have substantial evidence.. to declare death, when in fact.. 7 out of 9 witnesses changed their testimony. and the 7 of them said cops said to say that Troy killed the white copper.. before you try to defend someone learn about it
@Hoodtip101 They did find him and the justice system supported them and the jury's decision for over 20 years; never once changing the ruling but simply allowing Davis to buy time. Before you try to defend someone, learn something. There was 34 witness. 7 people unofficially recanted but 5 out of those were never even used in court. Google it. They had the evidence since the start. Troys chances to appeal ran out and they did what they should have done decades ago.
georgia's system is crooked we have no idea what happen on that dreadful day. but I suspect some racist white killed the police officer and allowed davis to take the blame. being black men we are the perfect target for a frame up or set up.
@companyhost --"we have no idea what happen on that dreadful day. but I suspect..." Why offer racist accusations without ANY proof? "being black men we are the perfect target for a frame up or set up"--Well, blacks are responsible for twice as much crime as any other ethnic group per capita. Even Obama admitted the reality that his grandmother felt safer walking down the street in the presence of whites than blacks. Why is that? Just honkie paranoia?
The more I learn about this man's situation (Troy Davis) the more outraged, hurt, and angry I become, and anybody who claims they stand for what is right and HATES INJUSTICE OUGHT TO FEEL THE SAME. I wont even speak of the racial aspect. THIS IS MUCH BIGGER. THIS IS AN INJUSTICE AGAINST HUMANITY! AND I CAN ASSURE YOU FROM THE LEAST TO THE GREATEST, EVERYONE OF YOU WITH TROY'S BLOOD ON THEIR HANDS WILL BE JUDGED BY GOD. YOU SHOULD TREMBLE BY THE MERE THOUGHT OF THAT! THIS IS JUST TERRIBLE!
@BIGBUBZ4178 There have been so many thousands of gods invented by man throughout the ages....please be more specific when you say that "(people) WITH TROY'S BLOOD ON THEIR HANDS WILL BE JUDGED BY GOD."
Perhaps they are going to be judged by Allah, or Zeus, or Poseidon, or Apollo, or Wotan, or Jupiter, or Horus...which one of these gods will judge mankind?
@CynicalSkeptic1 I'm not going to turn this into a sermon nor some debate. I'll say what I'll say and like ripley you can believe it or not. There's is 1 God. He is Almighty and creator of all things both seen and unseen. He is the Alfa and the Omega! Throughout the course of time their have been many gods worshipped, gods who cannot hear nor speak , gods who are NOT. The 1 and only true God wants you and everybody to know right now what the Word says in (John 3:16) i gota go else ide post it

Hearsay Hearsay Hearsay. Why did multiple courts - including the supreme court - reject appeals for a new trial after hearing his lawyers present their case and reviewing the evidence? Before you conclude they did so because they are ignorant and just don't know as much as you, stop and think. After multiple hours of testimony - and that's an understatement - they knew more about this case than the crowds of know-nothings who haven't actually spent 5 minutes researching it.

sadlerfamily5 3 months ago 21
@sadlerfamily5 So am I right in assuming you think people convicted of murder should be put to death quicker? In the last 35 years 130 people who were wrongfully convicted of murder and put on death row in the USA have been exonerated, and between all of them they averaged 9.5 years of incarceration. That's 130 innocent people you would have sent to their deaths just to save a buck. There are far bigger reasons why the USA is in debt than keeping people in jail.

17 years in Death Row...wasn't it enough? Those are no Canadian jails. And what about the "Board of Parole" which almost never grant a decision for the inmate. This avenue is useless, as also is turning to the Governor for an unreachable clemency decision. 17 years before getting your sentence is a long, long and very long way
emilyn12 3 months ago
I am against the death penalty in all but a few circumstances. There really are some tortured souls on this earth that keeping them alive constitutes cruel punishment. As for Troy Davis, 1, the crime he was convicted of did not constitute a punishment of death and 2, there were so many inconsistencies, gray areas and uncertainty that there is just no way he should of been executed. The powers that allowed his killing, committed several crimes all more evil than the crime he was executed over.
mystic16mom 3 months ago
Why on EARTH are you soooooo happy with a death-sentence??? Do you get your loved ones back. I don`t get it guys, I can and do understand your grief, but is the death of the ""murderer" gonna solve anything, does it make you feel better? You cheer over his death, how does THAT make it ANY different than the murder of your loved one. And how many ended up dying innocent!!!!! I think it is murder!!! Where does this ever end? And why does the state have the right to kill some-one??? Insanity!!

RIP TROY DAVIS.

no DNA no murder weapon, no physical evidence & 7 out of 9 witnesses have recanted there testimony citing police coercion , this is NOT enough to put someone to Death! if your country must execute its criminals please make sure its 100% cut and dry they are guilty, Beyond a reasonable doubt ...
paulspydar 3 months ago 3
@paulspydar interesting none of the witness's would take the stand at the appeal to recant..could they be afraid of purgery?
ted850760 3 months ago
@ted850760 Could be? after all if they went back to court & recanted they could be charged (i think?>) with Purgary, as it would mean they lied the first time when they supported the prosecution , but the penalty for purgery is way more acceptable than possibly executing an innocent man. & with extenuating circumstances etc etc they may not even be charged at all, but to say nothing & let a man die would be for me anyway a much bigger burden to live with than being accused of purgery,
paulspydar 3 months ago
@paulspydar they had 20 years of appeals...i think justice was done because he had every oppertunity the legal system affords someone who has been found guilty by 12 jury members..you think he's innocent because his defence team spun the liberal press on a slow day....i hope he found god

@paulspydar Called an Apeals hearing..he had plenty over 20 years
ted850760 3 months ago
@ted850760 No a re-trial or new trial is nothing like an appeal s "hearing" those hearings are predetermined & just going through the motions for appearances & curry favour with current or incumbent politicians Why are you so ready to believe those who would be "inconvenienced" & that is putting it extremely mildly,by any admittance of judicial error especially in a Death Penalty case? Dont you think every single thing no matter what should be exhaustively looked into before an inmate is killed?
paulspydar 3 months ago
cont..also in the long run admitting to errors no matter how uncomfortable they may be at the time not only could save a life but would be a victory for the Judicial system, as it would prove the nay sayers wrong & prove the system does work & is fair..If those who are in control had 100% faith in the system it would be 100% transparent & not so concerned with circumventing the procedures like waiting until judges are on Hiatus to file motions to push an execution forward.why the rush?
paulspydar 3 months ago
@paulspydar He was found guilty by 12 members of a jury....the fact is he was guilty and paid the penalty for murder...the liberal news media and left wing morons like to stir up shit without merit ..i will sleep well tonight knowing justice was served in this case..again 20 years of exhaustively looking in to it...maybe you watch to many 'lawyer ' programs on tv...sometimes the convicted is actually guilty

paulspydar 3 months ago
@paulspydar Perhaps you can go back to my original question to you..find the answer..why would these witnesses not take the stand..you seem to base your opinion that this murderer was innocent based on the claim of the defence team in the news media...evidence they were unwilling to present to a judge...I mean hell dude ..whats the world coming to when the NAACP and the ACLU can get a convicted murderer off
ted850760 3 months ago

Perhaps KARMA will avenge Troy Davis, as it did me. Two pigs (Liczbisnski and Simpson) on the scene of my most recent false arrest and robbery by police died in separate incidents within two blocks therefrom, whilst other pigs were injured in nearby traffic accidents. Also, twelve pigs from their building have since been arrested, including their district commander, Inspector Daniel Castro. Further, the lying pig trash could not corrupt judge, who believed me over all of them and acquitted me.

Troy Davis was guilty beyond a shadow of a doubt.
In fact, his case had gone to the Supreme Court - twice!
A federal judge called his appeals 'smoke and mirrors'.
geegeetwo1 3 months ago
@geegeetwo1 Exactly. He had an hearing that no one has been given in over 50 years and he was still guilty. Troy had 20 years to clear his name. The guy had an appeal in front of the Supreme Court and he didn't even take the stand! Nor did his defense called any of those supposed recanted by meaningless witnesses. Sounds like to me he was guilty and they didn't want to self incriminate or make their case worse with Troy and those others on the stand.
LeytonLuva22 3 months ago
@LeytonLuva22 i don't get it what are you trying to say
TheMarmboy 3 months ago
@TheMarmboy I'm saying that Troy had more than enough chances to clear his name. He was given a special trail and he didn't even testify! The supposed recants never made it to court and the one woman who did come wasn't called by his Defense? Why would they do that if they wanted to clear his name? He had more than enough time , appeals and hearing to clear his name. Troy was convicted in 1989. That is 22 years ago. Most who believe his case just heard about this in 2011.
LeytonLuva22 3 months ago
@LeytonLuva22 so overall you saying something was fishy with the whole situation. because i was also one of the ones who heard about this in 2011
TheMarmboy 3 months ago
@TheMarmboy . It was fishy that the defense didn't call him to testify. Why not get on the stand and declare your innocence they way you did off? Because you cannot lie under oath and he knew he couldn't state that without lying. Another reason why he wanted a lie detector to delay time but never asked for one before to prove his innocence. There were many ways to clear his innocence but you cannot clear someone who was guilty.
LeytonLuva22 3 months ago
@LeytonLuva22 Ever hear of Darryl Hunt? Appeals and hearings to clear his name, mean nothing.

MrNewyork1975 3 months ago
I'm not saying Casey Anthony is guilty but I do know a lot of facts that increase the probability of her committing the crime. She went out drinking for weeks while her daughter was missing, she never talked of her daughter during her trial, she smiled after she was pronounced innocent, and she was a very good liar.
unhealthycarrot 3 months ago
Sigh, nobody knows how the current judicial system works. There is DNA evidence, physical evidence, and evidence from what the witnesses say. The only evidence they had from him were evidence from witnesses and most of them had recanted what they said. If you have been watching this case carefully on the media, you should know that many of the witnesses said they were pressured to say he commited the crime.
How did Casey Anthony get away?
She had no physical, DNA, or evidence from witnesses.

Hoodtip101 3 months ago
@Hoodtip101 It's not good that the cop died. Troy Davis is fried, good for him. The cop was going his job trying to help a homeless man getting beat but his life was taken from him with no chance at a second. He had a wife and two babies at home that grew up without him. Where is his justice? Troy daivs had 20 years to fight for his life. Mark didn't get another second at his. He is the real victim.
LeytonLuva22 3 months ago
@LeytonLuva22 if the cop had a wife and babies at home and got killed and you want to know wheres the justice... why dont the crooked cops try to find the real bad guys who killed their fellow copper".. instead of blame a man for 20 years and then decide they have substantial evidence.. to declare death, when in fact.. 7 out of 9 witnesses changed their testimony. and the 7 of them said cops said to say that Troy killed the white copper.. before you try to defend someone learn about it
Hoodtip101 3 months ago
@Hoodtip101 They did find him and the justice system supported them and the jury's decision for over 20 years; never once changing the ruling but simply allowing Davis to buy time. Before you try to defend someone, learn something. There was 34 witness. 7 people unofficially recanted but 5 out of those were never even used in court. Google it. They had the evidence since the start. Troys chances to appeal ran out and they did what they should have done decades ago.
LeytonLuva22 3 months ago

@companyhost --"we have no idea what happen on that dreadful day. but I suspect..." Why offer racist accusations without ANY proof? Even Obama admitted the reality that his grandmother felt safer walking down the street in the presence of whites than blacks. Why is that? Just honkie paranoia?
