this version kicks ass!! the entire concert is friggin awesome. He has so much soul in his playing. Thats why I love Joe Satriani, he's got the flashiness and he can shred but he keeps the soul in his playing. It aint all about speed...he knows this.

I think there's a switch somewhere on Joe. It controls two modes: melodic and hardcore Satch. In the first mode, you get things like Love Thing, ten Words, Rubina, Starry Night etc. etc, and in the other you get this for example. :)

Most people don't know what good music is cause their brains are to stupid to absorb every tiny notes and other beautifull details. so they can't understand the lines and notes in Joe's track's.

Though I do Totally Agree with you I have to tell you this is by far not the best Cool #9. Check out the Live at G3 one and the live 2008. They are all totally different then each other. The 2008 may be the best but I'm most fond of the G3 version The Video Quality isn't the best but it's still my Favorite music wise.
