@LissCanDoMakeup - I went to Johnson & Wales in Providence for 2 years in Pastry and 2 years in Business and I've worked at a bunch of different places. A lot of what I've learned is from trial and error though. School teaches you the basics and how to make everything super perfect using ideal conditions - real life is never that way haha I'm not trying to be the best baker out there though - I'm just trying to help people out by teaching them what I know : )

The cookies are supposed to have a dip so that the Carmel and coconut can be securely in the cookie so it doesn't fall out.

@richterscale09 Around 9:25 I fade from the unbaked cookies to the baked cookies. They are very light so it doesn't look like they were baked at all.
