His traps are too small to match his deltoids and his lats are too small to complement his biceps.
These are things judges look for during the prejudging and the competitions themselves, especially when the competitors are all out there at the same time! He's got great presence on stage and overall good charisma/confidence! Judges look at that as well!
I don't want to leave out Lee Haney, who was another example of those all-around sculpted works of art, who won at least seven Mr. Olympia tiles! In every category, Haney was the best. That's why he, Coleman and Schwarzenegger won so many times!
I've never seen him look so awesome and beautiful. If BBErs were judged by looks as well as muscularity, he would have been Mr. O! An absolutely compelling physique!
Milos himself has described in great detail his synthol use in his arms in the pages of FLEX and other BB mags. He almost died b/c he was stupid, trying to add artificial size to his arms, since that was his biggest weakpoint in the pro's and the sole reason he never did as well as others. You can't have below average arms and win in the IFBB, even Dorian Yates had awesome triceps to go with his mangled biceps. Milos' body had gotten out of balance due to his lack of arm development.
