When the cut of the leotard leg is higher it makes a person's legs look longer. I find leotards with a low cut to be highly unattractive.

no its to show all the muscles so the teachers to make corrections...use your stomach,squeeze your inner thighs together..and on and on

Those leotards are actually normal. That's what they usually look like. Very good, some were a little off in the start of the performance. But amazing extension!
