I noticed when you were talking about Eclectic Method you didn't really mention that what they are doing live isn't actually illegal. Clubs that charge over a certain amount on the door, $6 I believe here in Canada pay a licensing fee, and set lists are supposed to be handed in and royalties paid. Wether the songs were originals, or covers, or tracks played by a dj.
