@MrIAmAwesomeness there is a program that is very good that can make that into a mp4 file so you can open it in vegas here is the name of the program so google it and its called AVS Video converter

@xNeonGlow you need to start and end end loop so highlite with those yellow markers on the top of your timeline drag one to the start and one to the end and if your gonna ask how do i do that ? well double click the very start of yourvideo and you will see the yellow markers and do as i said..after you do that you will get your full video to render

@OnlyOCEs I am gonna do all i can for people like you by helping them get better at vegas so if you need help just ask and ill make a tutorial on the subject.
your video clips will be in 60 fps if you use a HD PVR but if you use a dazzle it will be at 30 fps but just render your vid with those settings and it will be HD in youtube.
