Very good. The problem with a lot of people is that they think hating on other people makes themselves feel better. The only reason they do that is because they know deep down that they're not as good as other people and could do better but just don't feel like it. And I definitely agree that talking back makes them look better. You're playing their game of hatred, but hatred only produces more hatred. The only way to defeat that is to not fight it back. Hatred that hits nothing is powerless.

You are very right but you can not be perfect. Your message is right but every once and awhile you must vent due to medical reasons. Holding in frustration is bad for your brain and heart. Not showing feelings such as pain and anger can cause heart problems later in life. You are right in the sense of constent nagging but that is common sense. Isn't it? Seems not.
Can you cite said medical reasons? That statement seems rather vague and you just kinda glazed over that point, almost... almost as if you haven't really seen any research for medical justifications of the catharsis hypothesis? Because none really exist, it was just a fad belief among laymen.

I'm not saying every single time you get a little mad start going off about it. Its not smart to get mad over little things. What I mean is if something really is bothering you then you need to vent. If you keep your anger or tears inside then it can hurt your health later on in life. I'm not sure if you thought I ment every time you get even a little angry vent because thats just annoying. I mean just when something is seriously wrong. I also don't just mean venting but crying as well.
Just about every adjective represents humans and our nature. Thats what makes us unique. Every human in the world, wise or illiterate feel these emotions but it is how you use them that makes you the person you are. If you are truly wise you find little things wrong with what people say but still find it ignorant when they say it.
I see many people saying you are wise which is true. But these same people are the ones that would make fun of "wise people" if in fact that they are not beautiful like yourself. When people watch this video they feel jealous or are in agreement or maybe both, because you have both intelligence and beauty. These people need to realize what makes someone "wise" its not that you know a whole lot but how you view the world. There are smart people then there are wise people. Read books by Plato.

I've found that "Practice what you preach" is true. Most of the people with comments on you, do that because they see something in you how they want to be.

Very good. The problem with a lot of people is that they think hating on other people makes themselves feel better. The only reason they do that is because they know deep down that they're not as good as other people and could do better but just don't feel like it. And I definitely agree that talking back makes them look better. You're playing their game of hatred, but hatred only produces more hatred. The only way to defeat that is to not fight it back. Hatred that hits nothing is powerless.

I had to go through that a lot in middle school. Not sure why, but I was usually the target of ridicule. Possibly because I was the weird quiet girl who didn't go to elementary school with them? Who knows.
I would lash out a lot, and at one time actually got so mad at one girl that I wrote a rant about her in my notebook. I never meant for people to see it, but it got out anyway, which meant much more misery for me.
I'd like to think I've grown up a lot since then.

You are very right but you can not be perfect. Your message is right but every once and awhile you must vent due to medical reasons. Holding in frustration is bad for your brain and heart. Not showing feelings such as pain and anger can cause heart problems later in life. You are right in the sense of constent nagging but that is common sense. Isn't it? Seems not.

Maybe you're thinking of something else, I learned in a psych class that "venting" doesn't alleviate negative emotions. Just from a quick internet search:
"In "Expressing Emotion," Eileen Kennedy-Moore and Jeanne Watson review the empirical research on the "ventilation hypothesis," the widely-accepted belief that expressing negative emotions is good for our mental health.. I'm not saying every single time you get a little mad start going off about it. Its not smart to get mad over little things. What I mean is if something really is bothering you then you need to vent. If you keep your anger or tears inside then it can hurt your health later on in life. I'm not sure if you thought I ment every time you get even a little angry vent because thats just annoying. I mean just when something is seriously wrong. I also don't just mean venting but crying as well.

Just about every adjective represents humans and our nature. Thats what makes us unique. Every human in the world, wise or illiterate feel these emotions but it is how you use them that makes you the person you are. If you are truly wise you find little things wrong with what people say but still find it ignorant when they say it.

I see many people saying you are wise which is true. But these same people are the ones that would make fun of "wise people" if in fact that they are not beautiful like yourself. When people watch this video they feel jealous or are in agreement or maybe both, because you have both intelligence and beauty. These people need to realize what makes someone "wise" its not that you know a whole lot but how you view the world. There are smart people then there are wise people. Read books by Plato.

same here, I had a really bad day one day & then on the bus some idiot tripped me so I turned around & blacked out.. I came out of it when someone behind started yelling.. I was punching the guy that tripped me in the head & face as hard as I could.. He NEVER even looked at me after that he was super scared & wouldn't even come near after that & actually stuck up me for me a few times when his friends were making fun of me sometimes that's all they need is to know that you arn't scared of them..

Clear thinking there. It's not always as easy and it can be very healty as well to talk to somebody about your feelings towards another. Most of the time they can point out something, which you are not willing to see at that moment.
I've found that "Practice what you preach" is true. Most of the people with comments on you, do that because they see something in you how they want to be.
All other people, not friends, just don't bother. Be free, be who you are. You'll keep friends that accept u.

An example?? I once had a boyfriend, and I was so happy, showing his photo to these girls... The day after, a girl said to everyone (I wasn't there) that I didn't have a boyfriend, that I made it up cos I was jealous of other girls. And she said other lies even worse.

They're scared, they are afraid of you for some reason or another. It can even be jealousy. I've noticed when people focus that much on hating someone, it has more to do with there own inadequacies, and they find someone they feel is easy to pick on.
