Blue tie made the magnificent point that using force that has collateral damage of any kind is NOT an option. This position is a morally Correct. Of course, that makes it a point the Media will never embrace (warmongering bastards need action). The solution to removing a man from office is NOT to kill his people until he leaves!!! Inform all people and in the end Reason will always triumph!! Government should give All People internet access and a voice!
@African Patriot,UN created without AfricanStates, doesn't mean Anything to Africans. All interventions in African are led by Africans with a little help from 3rd world Asian countries,so what a heck does the UN wants in Africa!Where was the UN when Rwanda needed help! What has the developed world(self-acclaimed)done in DR Congo!Solution:Africans should break away from UN! AU should be redefined!Arabs in N.Africa should decide&give their cooperative answer or be excluded!OnlyAfrican decision holds!
to 81% at Ouattaras headquarters. This means if you do the math, 70% out of 5.7million inrolled is about 4 million voters. If you look at the results the president of the elecoral comite gave you get 4.5million votes. Now wich one is true? On the 29th of november the electora lcomission said that the participation rate was at around 70% this was the day after the elections after all the votes were counted. Check out France 24 or europe1 ect to see.
This lady is way of mark! The UN were never ment to be the final decision maker, they were ment to be a referee, not even a head referee but a linesman. In every republic in the world there is a supreme judicial in Ivory Coast's case they are called the Constituional Council and they are the head referees's. The UN based their decision on the bases of provisional results given at mr. Ouattara's headquarters and they did decided to ignore the fact that the participitation rate rose from 70%
Of course fraud did happen; but it was perpetrated by both camps! Having accepted to abide by the ruling of the UN, which, by the way, is controlling his country, whether you admit it or not, Gbagbo should step down.Biased people can say what they want but Sylvie is right and her analysis is spot on.
i do not know who african people advocacy is but the gentlelady on the panel lack the critical analysis to discuss complex political issues that she has not study or investigate. citing the united nations, the european union and the so called international community is a sign of being out of touch with the reality in the country. truth is fraud did happened. so let investigate and resolve this election conflict. and miss sylvie i'm sorry but your opinion does not count.
