They're from Norway and they're like a combination of Jazz, Rock, and orgasm =P

Also, I'm a trumpet player as well, and I'm really interested in composition. Do you have any advice for what kind of things to look into to really advance in composition/arrangement? I have written some music before but I've never really gotten around to completing any.
