  • first 2 of your videos i thought the guy in left corner was you.. that would have been funny

  • Sam Rockwell hands down gave the best preformance of 2009.

  • Looove this film. hope to see more that are just as good. film like this is so rare. everything is so commercialized.

  • Easily moved into my top three films of all time with the good the bad and the ugly and alien.

  • how could "avatar "be nominated, and "moon" not????

  • One of my favorite movie.

  • I wouldn't put this on the same level as 'Paranormal Activity'? lol

  • its not pure energy he's mining on the moon. Its helium-3. It is actually going to solve our energy problems one day. its called nuclear fusion, look it up. And there is TONS of helium-3 on the moon.

  • I enjoyed your review. I also really enjoyed Mansell's compositions for "The Fountain".

  • Very good movie review. I saw moon just a couple of days ago. I was skeptical of it and had been avoiding seeing it but im sure glad I gave in and watched it. It is brilliant.

  • I FINALLY got to see it! Moon did not disappoint. I was so engaged by the Sams - kudos to Rockwell for portraying one person in a dual incarnation that was fascinating yet believable. So thought-provoking about the nature of identity - yet also just a darn good sci-fi mystery! Good stuff. Great review!

  • i saw the movie, but fury, why do people don't like the ending? i thought it was good,

  • @alfadude15 yeah i thought the ending wrapped it up nicely, it was quick and to the point.

  • you know, i'm surprised the robot/super cpu didn't turn against sam, i guess i was expecting a HAL from space odyssey kinda thing

it's an awesome flick, great music and visuals....

  • @aliensexfiend "Daisy....Daaaaisy...."

  • 'WALL-E' meets John Carpenter's 'The Thing' (minus the shapeshifter). XD Surely, you see the ironic WALL-E connection, right? Ironic because it's a human in Wall-E's place and a robot in place of the roach Hal (named after Hal Roach, not Hal 9000). Hal...hrm. That adds further irony. Or maybe I just have a tendency to draw connections between stories EVEn when none exist.

    \8-P

You don't see to0 many "man vs. himself" stories portrayed in MOvies nowadays.

  • I was excited to see this movie back when I saw the trailer earlier this year. Sadly, I have yet to see it

  • another added to my "MUST SEE" list :)

  • I agree what you said about the ending...It was played safe...but the overall experience for the film was amazing. I loved it :D

  • I saw it at the theatres, good movie, probably in my top 5 of the year.

  • WOW this is so weird. I just saw this movie last night and I was gonna write about it on your forum and all of a sudden I see that you have a review for it on YouTube! This movie was amazing. Best movie of the year

  • For several years I worked 2nd shift in a legal printing shop. I would be alone from around 5:30 until 11:00 five nights a week. Then I'd go back to my rented room for the night.

    Good review!

  • Great review, Fury! Sounds like some Moon movie is going to the top of my rental list. Thanks!

  • I was intrigued to see this, and you have solidified that! Will have to wait 'til it's out on DVD; but I have a feeling it's a good cozy-late-night-at-home-lights-out rental. ;) Great review.

  • i saw the movie a few weeks back in Madrid and god damn did i love it!

  • I will see this movie when I get the chance.

  • Moon did look really good. I was rather annoyed I missed it in cinemas.

  • What job do you have? It sounds like it sucks, well it can't be that bad if you can watch movies all the time. By the way, this movie was awesome! Great Review, Fury.

  • I heard that. Tell it like it is brotha.

    I loved this film!

Lately a big budget equals SHIT ON A STICK

  • There's a stick?

  • This is my favorite film of the year, so far.

    :)

  • Great movie; Mansell's score is tops!

Shame about the film's shite distribution.

  • i liked the film but it was pretty slow and boring in a lot of places. and it could have been a lot better especially at the ending.

i hate open endings so this was unstatisfying for me.

  • By the way, do you know who Duncan Jones is, as in who his dad is?

  • David Bowie...isn't that something?

  • If I were to rate this film, I'd honestly have to give it only a 7/10. I didn't think this film was all that special. I think it was because I heard a review that dropped the word "clone", and from that I was able to predict what this movie was gonna be about, and I wasn't blown away by it. To be fair, I did love Rockwell in this film.

  • Sam Rockwell is an amazing actor who doesnt get the attention he deserves

he was absolutely JAW DROPPING in this film

he really makes you believe in his character or should i say characters

  • Wish it was playing around here

  • Cool Reivew! What job do work?
