I make skits that are chock-full of puns and one-liners, please take a look and let me know what you think! I'm a huge fan of The Marx Brothers and want to reach out to an audience who likes that sense of humor
I remember seeing Duck Soup as my first Marx Brothers film when I was 12, and cracking up on the promo with Harpo's record gag. When I saw the film proper, I never laughed so hard in my life, until I saw the Brothers rampage through the opera in A Night at the Opera.
Chico was brilliant, probably the most under appreciated of the brothers. Everyone remembers most of Groucho's famous lines and Harpo's antics, but not a lot of people mention Chico when speaking of the Marx brothers. He neatly split the difference between Groucho's one liners and sharp wit and Harpo's more physical form of comedy, and excelled at both.
I would disagree, only in that Chico got a lot more recognition than Zeppo. Zeppo was usually the 'straight' character who didn't have anything zanny to do; Chico was usually teaming with Harpo and had the accent, which distinguished him.
@gamewizard Harpo is my favorite, but I loved chico's silly puns and word play and stuff, especially from this movie. such as there are a whole lof of irrelevants in the cirucus, or when groucho says "tanks" in response to a question from chico and chico says "you're welcome" or elminate, an ice cold glass o' eliminate.

Really clear sound on this! Nice to hear the snappy dialogue loud and clear -- not to mention the gunshot!

@gamewizard, I desagree. I'm sure that the most under appreciated of the Marx Bros was Zeppo.

Zeppo wasn't meant to be funny, though. He was a straight man that the others bounced jokes off of.
