Oh, big fucking wow, it has a fancy "Welcome" video - and that seems to excite the pants off him. Granted, Mac OS IS a better OS than Windows, more secure, somewhat modular, carefully designed with standards etc. but the important stuff at the end of the day is NOT fancy colours and impressive videos.

I was expecting a smarter answer, now I know why Tech Support gets so many calls. Anyway I asked because I have an Intel Macbook where you only remove a small part at the back of the laptop, remove the battery and after some screws you get access to the RAM, next to the HDD, but since this unibody Macbooks doesn't have that small part, I realized you have to remove all the back part of it, which I thought but didn't know if it was possible. Anyway maybe I'll need to call "Tech Support"

you're gonna have to call apple to upgrade memory/RAM for these newer released macbooks, it's about impossible for these unibody ones that don't have the removeable battery like the old ones which most of the screws are in.

Its a very limited operating system.If you know what you're doing you won't get viruses and pop-ups and other shit on PC, besides Windows offers much more freedom than OS X. You can install OS X on a PC just like you can install Windows on a MAC , but in the end PC wins because its got the hardware to back it up. What do you do if you're a game ,or overclocker, or hardware junkie , you go with PCs not MACs . That's hardcore.
