@availableuzername You are correct. In fact brakes are probably the most important upgrade. I currently run CarboTech XP12 brake pads and use Nitto NT-01 r-compound tires.
Were are you located? I ran the NSS this year during Redline Time Attack. Check out my Redline TA video. I like to check out other peoples vids of NSS to compare my lines to theirs. Very nice man. You should upgrade your aero aids. They work wonders for shaving time. You can break later into the turns when you have downforce on the car.
Yeah, your car is quick in the corners for sure. I had wanted to run in the intermediate group but it was full. I'm pretty sure I was the slowest driver in the advanced group, but I tried to stay out of everyone's way.
If it wasn't so hot it would have been a perfect track day.
Shouldn't tyres and brakes be the first two things you sort out? Especially on a heavy car.
