Also, it's alot more controllable, it uses a straight stock design with the m4 stock, delivering recoil straight back. The original AK47 stock (u know what it looks like) delivers recoil back and up.

in an issue devoted to the AK, discussing the 8M3 bullet at length. Again, Guns and Ammo recommended it for it's stopping power. Unfortunately they were unaware that the same bullet is available as the Wolf Military Classic HP, last I checked. This is unlike other HP you've used. A bullet with better stopping power would be a 'soft point', also recommended by Guns and Ammo. Bear and the others offer a less expensive SP. Get SP over that HP, any day if you can find it cheaper.

Get a gallon jug of water and hit it with any FMJ. Get aother gallon jug and it hit with Wolf Military Classic HP. The results should be obvious.

i was comparing 2 different types of FMJ rounds as they are the most common round to shoot out of the ak47, also if you have ever shot HP rounds through an ak47 you would know it will jam like crazy because the ak47 was made to use only FMJ rounds, the HP rounds have a flat tip slug versus the FMJ which has a sharp tip slug.

for plinking i recommend the wolf ammo because its cheaper, but wolf ammo is dirty, plan on cleaning your weapons more then you shoot them. but fiocchi i recommend for real target or personal safety use, it cost more and is cleaner then wolf.

as far as i know as long as its semi auto and you dont swap parts from one ak to another and you dont modify the parts then your all good. to put it this way....if you can buy it from a licenced FFL dealer then its legal. yea you can shoot them at a gun range as long as its for long range rifles as well as pistols, outdoor ranges usually are all good. just depends on the rules of the range you go to... check your local FFL dealer, or gun store.

well the wolf ammo has more of a kick then any other simply because of the grain, but it is alot more dirty, the fiocchi is cleaner, meaning less to clean after shooting. but even though between the two theres only a 1 grain difference i can tell that the wolf has more kick. i cant really answer your question fully because i've only used those two ammo. but if the soviet round has a higher rating of grain then i would think it would have more kick. thanks for the comment:]

Do you even know what a m14 is? its a sniper rifle mostly used by the military. the stock on my ak looks nothing like an m14 stock. the stock on my ak is the Tapco Fusion AK rifle system, comes with the T6 collapsible stock, galil style handguard and saw style pistol grip. do us all a favor and stay clear of all weapons because you have failed to educate yourself. stick with music!

I really do enjoy the Wolf Military Classic 7.62x39. Even tho its steel cased, my AK eats it up. Its slightly more dirty than remington ammo, but your gona clean your fucking gun afterwards anyway, its not like your in combat when your at the range or anything ya know? I wouldnt mind fixing an AK up with a telescoping stock, I love it on my M4.I have a Yugo Underfolder AK myself. I bump fire the fuck out of it, maybe to much! Cool vid.
