@Lucas3015 The blinking light is a notification. It's usually alerting you of a text message, voicemail or missed call. Once she checks her messages and/or view her missed calls, the blinking should go away. If she needs any additional assistance, please feel free to contact our support department at 888-484-3062. Thank you.
@ConsumerCellular Thank you. It would just be easier if I could disable it for her. You know, so she doesn't have to look at it. She's easily distracted and when she drives and it starts to blink she loses focus of the traffic.
@Lucas3015 - The blinking light will go away once all the messages are checked. If you would like to disable Voicemail and Text Messaging - please contact our customer service department at 888-484-3062. However, please note that the blinking light will come back on every time she misses a call - there's no way to disable that feature.
@kansascomment - Yes, you sure can. In fact, that's what it's designed to do. If you need additional assistance, please feel free to contact us at 888-484-3062. Thank you.
My grandma is going crazy about the blinking light in the background. Is it possible to disable it?

Once you use the emergency button and it rings the person in question, can you talk to that person?
