@ferretsshadow Dude, he was a ganado. That's why his eyes glow red. He gives you weapons at terrible prices but no ammo to shoot. He is pranking you not realizing you can pick up ammo all over the place despite the fact no one else but you has the guns these ammo types correspond to.
