Both the lead soprano and orchestra are world class performers! I really look forward to see this group in San Francisco. I used to adore the voice of now deceased Lorraine Hunt. Roberta has comparable skills with warm voice with remarkably stable intonations, that make her an excellent lead in Giulio Cæsare, Judas Maccabaeo. Messiahs and the like. I am quite sure that her voice can compete well with the world class performers of tromba naturale in Samson and Judas Maccabaeo à toi la gloire.
