a beginner too anthe first day i learned all the major chords G,A,E,C, etc Leared to read tabs in one day and learned guitar picking in one day. Seriously this sucked you didnt even use chords seriously.
Maybe im talented idk but dude Guitar is really not for you. If you had passion youd play more than 15 mins a day. I play for 5 hours a day.

yeah, it's the most frustrating at this stage, but practice will pay off. Pick two chords as Lisa says, get good at forming these two and changing back and forth. I'd also recommend picking up a digital tuner, it did not sound like the guitar was in tune, and this makes all the difference for inspired playing. Keep going.
What I did when I first started playing guitar by myself was I would pick two chords. Try easy ones like E and G. I'd play a rhythem in one chord for 3 bars, then I'd play the 2nd chord for 3 bars. Once I got good at a comfortable switching at that pace, I played them for 2 bars so that I was switching a little quicker. Then go to 1 bar, etc. Be sure though to not move on until it gets comfortable at 3 bars.
Play 'whole' chords, wait for single string solo stuff. Hope this helps! Good luck!

It's minimalist so when you have changes after 1 min in there it sounds beautiful. Ambient for life yo!
