Does anyone know what the name of the song is for a video (that I'm not sure too sure but pretty sure that it is The Cure) where whoever (that I think it's Robert) is like sinking in a box or whatever in an ocean (or something). I'm really lost and I wanna know. Please help me out :]

Thats "Close To Me" there are two versions of it, the 85 the one with them just in the box and the 90 one where they float around in the ocean.

alot of times bands/artist who once very good to listen to back when they were young are never the same once they are older...but the cure, this song..is very good diff. from their old stuff ofcourse but this song is really good....thats usually somethin rare after many years of being a really good band...what goes up eventualy comes down......but not the cure

The live version on Cure 2005 is amazing. The best line up Porl, Robert, Simon and Jason. Well as a drummer I preferred Boris but check out the version on the DVD.

Hello, I don't have any comment about your comment but remember that the cure IS Robert Smith ONLY, he decide everthing in his bans he his the only boss, so sure Boris was good maybe you dont like jason, but at the end it's Robert choice ;-) Personnaly i saw them last year and i think it laks a keyboard..... but once again it's Robert choise So we have to take The cure as it is ......and I love the cure !!!!!!

The cure is awesome. I mean dissenigration is sweet. At first i was really depressed by it, but then i was like this is literaly the best music i have ever heard. People might make fun of me but my first album, that i got for free, was "the cure" which was recent. I liked it, but then someone recomended dissenigration. Its awesome. Anybody want to chat about the cure would be awesome because hey they're awesome. Anyways ..

I think you're refering to -Disintegration- album and yeah quite Good!! Look for more .

My boyfriend and I did the same thing just for kicks. I have long hair, middle of my back,and my boyfriend has shoulder length hair. We both back combed and teased out our hair, and both wore heavy make up. My boyfriend looked so good in make up...and we got more than a few stares. We were in New Orleans for Mardi Gras.

Although, my handsome boyfriend got a lot of attention from women as we walked the streets...I didn't mind because it was awesome that people thought he was a celebrity!

Well goths back in the day were very tempermental and emotional. It doesn't matter what the name of the subcultures name is its just a fact that the gothique style started as an emotional alternative to music with inspiration from punk. Goths than were just as emo as emos now.
