That being said, having Goku be white isn't necessarily wrong. Goku is not from Earth, he's from Vegeta which makes him a Saiyan. And furthermore, it's not our Earth. The continents are not the same as our earth. So Goku wouldn't be Japanese either. Plus their our Dinosaurs and floating cars. Doesn't really sound like any part of the world I know.
