Photography and music still today it looks fresh. Voice of PB Srinivas is amazing. Hats off to Puttanna from bringing best out of these people. We need atleast 10 % of calibre of puttanna for Indian film industry. He was truly one of the best directors in Indian cinema.

Very good and meaningful song. It is indeed sad that on a recent trip to Bangalore, I searched high and low for a DVD or even a VCD of this movie ( I believe it is "mansa Sarovara"), but could find it anywhere.

More amazingly, some of the store owners looked puzzled when I said the name ! Such a classic Kannada movie and nobody seems to know it anymore !
