  • yes Jm from Norway and J love the diesel locomotives and the sound of the engines. J need it. if enyone has links on good klin enginesounds spesialy on hevy puls.....

  • BNSF heritage 2/1/3 and the swoosh units on the point the 4th units is an ES44DC..the two lead units/5th i believe are dash 944cw's but i am not so sure since the ac units look simular..i like the second train it has a ns unit on in it..its not common to see ns units tht far west from the east coast which they are commonly seen but ns units do run as far west as california.,.aswome vid!!

  • I like the ones that go 70mph

  • >:( With that 5 muscle locomotive i was curious on the number of cars! Was counting about 40+cars until the other bastard came in! -.- Can anyone please tell me the "average" amount of cars?? 40+ is still a WOW but wanted to know the full length!....

  • @Attiladesigner22 BNSF Trains can average between 126 to over 200 cars. Look at the monster BNSF Stack (intermodal) train video for reference.

  • Amazing trains. Cool locos. That´s mega-diesel-power. Thumbs up! :)

  • Double Geep at 1:16 ! WOOT!

  • I love our British Railway system but bloody heck, those things are BEASTS. Our Freightliner and DB Schenker trains are nothing compered to this, even though most of our freight locos (the classes 66 and 70) are built by Americans.

  • @simpletimes222 You should definitely be proud of your railway system. It's well run and provides a great service.

It's really not fare to compare UK and Western European railroading to that in the US, Canada, Mexico and other large countries. The rail systems meet a different need.

  • Is that true US railroads use rule called liked "rule of 100" - freight train must consist at least 100 cars and have 100 000 tonnage?

What schemas do you use at constructing freight trains?

  • @VadikKMV The 100 - 100 rule is just a railfan thing. We make up trains based on how much traffic we have to move, how much tonnage (or length) we can haul over the territory we have to tackle and other factors such as available power, weather, etc.

  • woah, some lash-up at 4:13

  • u ver in canada

  • nice but is you could have shown us some of the trains coming in not all of them going away. You were focused on the first machine

  • @cutesaladka80 Yaar yeh Video maine bahut pehle upload kiya tha... us waqt main youtube par RailFanning mein itna active nahi tha jitna ke ab hoon :)

Infact, that Video's complete courtesy goes to Glenn Nahrwold... This is one of his fantabulous captures. That awesome BNSF freight action was taken at the local railfan hotspot located in Hesperia, California.

  • I LOVE THIS VIDEO. WHEN WILL I SEE SOMETHING LIKE THIS IN SPAIN?

  • horn would of been good

and like the double c atch

  • horn would of been good

  • Sameer - what part of CA did you shoot this video? Marvelous site of the BNSF beasties... Is this outside LA ?

  • Nice Video !

  • ye i figured that out to=)) just thought that over the comming years ahead they could developed electricity trains, like here in sweden, we went from coal power to electricity, we never used diesel, sure we have som diesel trains here but thats not that many=)

  • AWESOME vid. 5*

  • Nice video sir. Worth mentioning is that having so many locomotives on the head-end doesn't necessarily means they are all producing power. Some might be idling or even shutdown. Every railway in North America has different policies on loco use. At area I work in, we are allowed to use 2 or 3 engines max for power depending on trains.

    Hope it helps.

  • Hi... I liked your video. Many thanks... How did you land up in California?

  • these trains are long what a great location to film these trains

  • Great Video!

  • Plenty of power on display! Five (5) stars. *****

  • @sgtredbluered: Thanks :)

  • Dude that is so cool. In every video of American rail fanning which I see there's graffiti on all the cars. Now that doesn't happen in India.

  • Lol yes all european trains are ridiculous in comparison to those american monsters

  • @Almanzzor but alot better=)) I just cant belive that America is still using diesel powered engines its so lame, those locomotives got like 4000 hp. Here in sweden we get aroung 6-8000 hp, and on our iron trains we get 14600 hp and at the same time we are enviormentally friendly.

  • @Stromberg91 Well, it's not that the US necessarily hates electricity, but the fact that the US has over 223,000 km of rail in service, approximately... 23 times that of Sweden. Shelling out that cost to electrify that ENTIRE system would present a little stumbling block, don't you think?

  • @gmjssc i guess your right, i just hope they will start with the electricity soon for there on sakes

  • @Stromberg91 Another challenge that US railroads have (I know this is true on BNSF, but we'll see) is that they like to move a lot of High/Wide Loads...Stuff that would not normally fit into the loading gauge but they can make exceptions occasionally.

Also, note here that we are hauling double-stacked containers. These could possibly touch the overhead if it isnt high enough, which it has to be pretty high. Also, bridges and tunnels were not designed with overhead collection in mind.

  • @Stromberg91 No actually we are building new, cleaner locomotives. With 6000 hp with a 4400 hp standard

  • @skullcrusher301 nice, but if you look at our trains in sweden, we have trains that are 40 years old, and still has like 7000 hp^^

  • @Stromberg91 were catching up to you

  • Some great lashups - all this on only 4 foot 81/2 inches !! Thanks from Birmingham UK.

  • idiots that paint graffiti on trains should be sent to work in the salt mines

  • keep up the good work....! looking forward to more great videos from you! thank you all the way from India

  • carrying the world !

  • u can actually c more then 2 locos haulin in india in the ghat sections .... where 2 to 3 bankers r used for a rake hauled by abt 2 locos... especially ghat sections ard pune....

  • I'm from France and here the trains look like homosexuals compared to the american ones

  • ya American trains are the way to go!!!

  • @Almanzzor haha, thats because american trains havent changed in 50 years. still the same diesel runned shit. Europe has a more modern train park, running mostly on electricity. You should be proud of the french system, one of the best in the world.

  • @Almanzzor Since you claim that the French trains seem to resemble homosexuals as compared to the american ones, I wonder why the Americans adopted the design of the Acela for their high speed rail network. Also, it seems thar you have forgotten the French TGV when saying so.

  • I have. My grandpa got pissed, so he back up the truck, and headed for another crossing. The reason is, because the train stopped, and it looked like it wasn't going anywhere for a while. Fortunately, we now have overpasses. You can get a great vie of the Union Pacific locomotives from one of them.

  • wow thats what i call a train ^^

longest train here is 30 cars :(

anyone have some tips were to goto to c

    them in action?

  • Thats amazing . . . I can't get enough from this . . . I'am from germany an the trains here looks like toy trains in comparison to this . . . great!!!!!

  • Hello from downunder

Great vid,, I viewed & rated it 5 stars keep up the great work.

  • In India also you can see 5 to 6 WDG4 Diesel locomotives hauling goods trains in the konkan rallways. There are some vedios available in you tube showing that

  • so cool . I love it ~

  • Where is the train with 10 engines?!!

  • Wonderfull Video we looks from germany

  • nice video. You did all the standard railfan pans, Nice!

  • I'd never seen a train with so many engines! Great video!
