  • Panko bread crumbs and prosciutto.. much better!

  • get a spotlight.. you deserve one...

  • get a spotlifght.. you deserve one...

  • So THATS what chicken cordon bleu is! Hehe. I make something similar, called chicken provelone, that i got the recipie from Taste of home. Its available on their website if you do a simple search! Its super tasty, and a bit healthier (since there is no breadding involved)

  • Your Hair looks good in this video..You should also show your pretty dogs more often..Paula Dean does on the cooking channel

  • who want so see her feet while she cooking... keep her dogs to herself.

  • @Midnightryder7 you can hear paula dean's bird in the background too sometimes! Dogs dont belong in the kitechen when you are cooking though, its a safety hazard for teh dog as well as their human.

  • I agree about the hair. But the recipe looked good. Also, the angle of the camera needed to be close up on the food more.

  • this recipe is really good, and you're a natural but you really need to do something with your hair, Don't mean to be rude or anything, but it's all over your face, and looks a little bit unsanitary.

    Recipe is great

  • Yummy! Can't wait to make this tonight!

  • She needs to put her hair back, hope there's no hair in the chicken.

  • 4:40

  • thanks for posting i have been experimenting with my grill and i have come up with many good recipes thank you for posting again i might cook that for my family tonight

  • this seems simple and yummy

i saw this in a mtv show daisy of love and this guy who never cooks cooked this and look yummer than him:)

  • There's a store in the Philippines that sells these things. They taste good with bacon... probably because I like bacon. :P

  • You are supposed to roll them up not just fold them in half.

  • There are several ways to make a Cordon Bleu; If you fold them over, you can use toothpicks or butcher's twin to hold them together, so they will look somewhat like a Calzone when done.

  • I cooked this for my family and they totally loved it. Thank you so much for such an easy explanation of how to do this recipe. It came out delicious! I will definetely be doing this more often. Awesome

  • Thanks for the great video!

  • Better than Rachel Ray and cool pepper mill,oh ya she's also pretty HOT too! ;)

  • Lol that's an enourmous pepper shaker... hah... Actually designed/used for service at the table (Server can easily reach over guests to season their salad/whatnot)

  • i thought her pepper shaker was going to come thru the screen-lol!!

  • thank your very much .I am going to go make it right now

  • Thank You for this very helpful and easy to follow video

  • looks good and your kitchen looks good and u look good but you need too add more LIGHT.

  • first time i heard of leaving it for an hour so that the bake holds together. Have you done them otherwise before and had them fall apart?

  • This is pretty much how I make it, but I have never made it with gruyere. I'll try that next time. Thanks

  • im lookin for a recipe of cordon bleu without ham (coz im muslim), so if any1 finds a printable one thats already written out gemme a reply

  • maybe you could try it with turkey bacon. i'd eat it :)

  • You can use smoked beef also!

  • I didn't know Kirk Hammett cooked!

  • Any germs from the chicken would dry out and die in about 10 minutes on the cutting board.

  • Thank you.

  • i loved the way u explained everything im so hungry now!!!

  • Would have been nice to see exactly how to do the toothpick thing. And did you put the enitre skillet into the oven or did you transfer the chicken to something else?

  • I wish it was a little lighter, but that's alright. I love this dish, thanks!

  • GREAT video. thank you. one bit of advice if i may... can you put a little more light? I wasn't able to see the actual dish at the end.

    thanks again

  • ok lets get married !!!!
