1 more thing..............midtown is a prime target for terrorism and i would love to know how the city will handle an attack in midtown, in the middle of a work day, when there are millions of people in the midtown area.........i hope to god that never happens.
it's ironic how the city is building large buildings all over the neighborhood which will bring thousands of people to the neighborhood and still decide to close the hospital..........amazing!
i would like to know what plans they have for this hospital after they cloe it.
i am sure one of these politicians are going to give it to a good friend for a really nice price and turn it into condos.
i live in this neighborhood and the average wait at roosevelt was about 4 hrs! and that was just to get an x ray i can't imagine how long it will be now that st clares is closing.
why the hell would they want to close this hospital if its the only hospital in midtown Manhattan? unbelievable!

A horrible thought but right on the money. This sick move will leave NO hospital in the entire midtown west area.
