  • I'd say the Polytune is the superior tuner on paper, but after countless gigs with my trustworthy TU-3, I find it's reliability to be outstanding.

  • The Polytune sits on the A# because you have hum in your signal. the problem is not with the tuner...

  • @bitethebullet615 Hey dude why is that ? I'm gonna by one myself and of course i think of the tu-3 but i'm just wondering if there isn't any other good ones or even better.

  • @AceFire117 Sorry i know this is 3 months over due. but i know people that love the korg pitch-black. it probably has the best display. but they are all equally accurate/quick. Thanks

  • you shouldnt even use the tuner output it is tone sucking. even more than the ernie ball by itself

  • @MrGibguitar i've never had "tone suckage" from the vp junior. And i don't generally use the tuner output unless my pedals are in awkward positions.

  • The Boss is not visible in direct sunlight making it worthless. I just threw my TU 2 in the trash.

  • Good test. I've heard about the PTs issues with tuner out jacks. Not good. Te PT seems very gimmicky for now. I'm thinking seriously about he Korg Pitchblack.

  • Dude, stop talking and play dude. I wanna hear you shred! I can tell that you're legit from your shoes! Those are pedals for the banjo, correct?

  • Thanks! Just what I was looking for.

  • @BluesXPer no problem! but i failed to test the polytunes polyphonic tuning ability to tune all strings at once. I realized that it could do that after i returned it to my friend that loaned it to me.
