I'd have to look at it in HD (REAL HD) to be 100% sure, but from what I can tell from the source clip, it's not JD's face. Seems a little too wide to be him.

It's the real life JD, the guy the character was based on, a friend of the show's creators. They gave him JD's badge as an in-joke.

The person who says "adios" is the REAL JD, who we can partially thank for this series. He's Jonathan Doris, the inspiration for Scrubs.
