I have either type 1 or 4 & love Love LOVE swimming. but to answer ur question, it doesnt hurt when you get out of the water 4 me, but idk about those with a more severe type.
I'm so excited that I may be starting water therapy soon. :oD I CAN"T WAIT to be WEIGHTLESS!! LOL..... Do you hurt after being in the pool for a while, like when all the weight comes back? Just wondering.
i have type 4 and i never learned how to swim...smh...but i am glad to share that i flew out of an atv in the dominivan republic at top speed and escaped without any fractures
