I also fly helicopters in X-Plane simulator as a hobby. Just the two activities seem deeply connected together. The tap dancing and the body movements, the trees, all the same!! Except that helicopters are exponentially more dangerous!

The reason why the pilot is able to preform most of the stunts is because of his rotor system known as a fully articulated rotor system that does not have to worry about Mast Bumping. If he were in a Ridged or Semi Ridged rotor system he would have died after the first 5 sec of the movie. By chopping off his rotor head and falling to his death. But much respect to his piloting skills.

No, you are the idiot. It's not RC! The pilot's name is Karl Zimmermann and he was a german officer of the Bundeswehr. He is well-known for his crazy maneuvers. This was a promotion movie for the BO-105.
While I understand that this takes a lot of skill I don't think it's necessarily that impossible for most helicopter pilots - they almost all don't fly like this because it's unnecessary and dangerous not because they couldn't.
