Google him, look at some of his videos and you will notice that it's the same guy.

But never mind...no need to let the truth get in the way of some pretentious artist's activist tendencies.
What's the bet that, due to the hypocritical nature of most activists (e.g. the mansion owning SUV driving Al Gore) Mr Banksy himself has the highest fence in his neighborhood? :-)

Actually no. Street art is just another term for graffiti. In his book he even calls himself a graffiti artist. Before the hype from banksy, posters/stickers and stencils were known as just graffiti as well. It's like saying that just because van gough and da vinci did different things one is a painter and one is not.
