You're looking soooo great!!!! I'm here on my journey also and have seen results, not using p90x but I want to incorporate some of the work outs you posted, so that I can get better results. Btw I know you stated this but what was the weight loss goal? was it 30 pds in 90 days? How is the diet going on the p90x program? Again I'm on the sidelines cheering 4 you keep it up and never get discouraged, I know you don't but just like me I see inspiration from you and it keeps me going :)
THANKS SO MUCH!!!! i want to loose 30 lbs by Feb 13. i think i will reach that goal and i can't believe it! If i followed the nutrition i definateley will lose the weight quickly but i think if i do it slow i have a better chance of keeping it off. this is a good question and i have more to say so i will go in depth more in my weight loss update tomorrow ;)

im into the old fashion run on the treadmill pluss im getting an the abcircle machine. good for the upperhalf of the body u know.
