I ended up ordering the Taiwanese Version 3 from yesasia in order to get an uncensored version. I agree it is bizarre which lines got changed and which didn't. "I've got you under my skin" used to be used in old American jazz/blues songs by men as a form of flattery for the woman they couldn't stop thinking about.
