Yes but voting is meaningless when your given only two choices to vote for. The choices you are given are hand-picked. Sure someone might run but, like Ron Paul if they don't tow the line even if they get high in the polls or a key one like the Iowa straw poll you still get Perry and Romney as 'front runners' who both came in way behind Ron Paul.
