All you got to do is tape the toothpick half way up your fingernail towerds your nuckel. When you snuff in flip your thumb back and when you sneezzzz flip your thumb down! easy as 1 2 3!!
BTW,I watched a few other toothpick tricks here on YT and yours is the best that I've seen,BUT ya gtta admit,you ALWAYS have sinus problems and bloody noses,I think you should retite that trick!
