hey i just got my IUD on tuesday and i got my period on tuesday since i was on pills b4 i got the IUD.. and to be honest it was not painfull as i heard b4, it was just a mild cramp. like regular period cramp. but not really bad at all. but u r right about you are saying girl good luck!!!
