excuse me, but shes not lip syncing. The video is just slow. I know for a fact that this is her voice because if you listen closly when she tries the hight pitches, her voice cracks a little. Nice vocals! By the way, you should stand up when you sing, so you can get diaphragm support. If you don't use your diaphragm properly, all the pressure on your vocal chords might cause vocal nodes in time. I don't know it that can happen if someone sings lower and middle notes, but, usually, if they sing higher notes without using their diaphragm, they'll damage their voice. But you have a very nice and clear voice, anyway, and if you keep practicing, you'll surely improve! :)
